Minimisation of Unconscious Bias

Unconscious bias impacts personnel decisions. As a result, the best and most capable talents are not always identified or promoted. How can these “blind spots” be discovered? By raising awareness! In our workshops, we expand the knowledge and awareness of your leaders as well as other target groups such as HR managers in order to ensure performance orientation - especially when it comes to the recruiting process.
